Have everything covered from a planning perspective, but need some assistance during the final months to ensure all the pieces fall together and the wedding day goes smoothly? This package is for you!

package details

  • Unlimited phone and email communication with your Lead Planner for 60 days leading up to your wedding.

  • Access to online planning tools, including a custom day-of timeline, a thorough check-list to ensure you are crossing off all your to-do's, Aisle Planner, and the Availed Wedding Hub.

  • Month-of planning meeting, final venue walkthrough at ceremony and reception locations, and a week-of meeting.

  • Final confirmations with vendors, scheduling their set up and timing for the big day, and final meetings as needed.

  • Rehearsal coordination in partnership with your Officiant.

  • Setup of day-of décor and personal items. Setup and tear down packages can be added at an additional cost.
